The DC Trans Driver Application is designed to handle delivery processes—such as booking assignments, confirmations, deliveries, and arrivals—from our manufacturing areas to our customers. • Vehicle data: license plate number, vehicle type, and vehicle photo (if required).
• QR code data: Booking ID and QR ID.
• Driver data: name, ID number or employee number (if relevant), and phone number.

• Proof photos (optional): photos of vehicles or documents uploaded during entry/exit processes.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing

We process this data for the following purposes:

• To manage and record vehicle/driver entry and exit within the manufacturing area.
• To verify the identity of vehicles and drivers for safety and compliance purposes.
• To manage and record movement of our booking to make sure deliveries are executed according to procedure.
• For internal reporting, audits, and compliance with company regulations.
• To detect and prevent misuse or security incidents.

4. Data Retention and Storage

We retain data only for as long as necessary to fulfill its collection purposes or as required by law or company policy. Typical retention periods include:

• Activity and data update logs: retained for up to one (1) year by default, unless otherwise required for audit or compliance.
• Proof photos and documents: retained for one (1) year or until related incidents are resolved.
